I don't mean to be mean. I'm compelled to air my opinion and it isn't positive. Three times I purchased Listerine strips and three times I was disappointed. Up until then I was very happy with the innovative product. How convenient, to pop one of those cinnamon flavored strips into your mouth, and immediately feel at first, a tasty sweetness, followed by the cleansing sensation of a fresh breath that makes you want to inhale just to 'whoosh' in flavored air!I'm a loyal customer and I'd buy the product again. However, there's a lesson here: a consumer learning experience that literally left a bad taste in my mouth! The lesson here is - inspect, inspect and inspect!
The only indication I found were lot numbers and instructions for keeping the product fresh. If the usability depends on the temperature, which it indicated, I wondered, how did I manage to buy so many bad batches? I don't live in either a desert or tundra, and yet every time I sank $5 bucks down for a three-pack, I got stuck with hardened strips. Hmmmm is all I'm saying. If it happens one more time I'm promising to contact the big guys for a refund. I'm getting tired of throwing money out like it grew on trees and was easily had - NOT!
Here's a good starting point if you've had a similar experience:
